1. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We take care of the shipping for orders in USA over US$ 180.00.

* The time required to receive your package may vary depending on the procedures required by the destination country. You can track your package with the tracking number.
2. RETURNS
For all purchases made in OFELIA, exchanges or returns can be made up to 15 days after the purchase. You will have to take into account the following conditions:
- The item should be in flawless condition, unused – without any signs of wear, or marks on the fabric, accessories, or sole, and must come with the hygienic protector in its original packaging that has not been tampered with.
- All items discounted by 50% or more are only eligible for exchanges. These exchanges can be for a different size, product, or store credit.
- Take into consideration that the product to be exchanged must undergo a physical inspection.Once we verify that the conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or store credit.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For any returning item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
3. TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices are indicated in US$ and do not include the delivery costs of the order. These Delivery Costs are indicated to the Customer on the order summary page, before confirmation and payment of the order.
You may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the country, state, or city where the order is being shipped.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on some factors, such as:
- Country/location of origin of the purchased product
- Local sale tax rates
The payment of taxes depends on the country, state, and city where the order is being shipped, so the customer is responsible for paying these taxes.
