How can I find my size?

Are pads removable?

All of our swimwear features removable padding. Clothing items will vary, you can double check on the product features under each item. If you are unsure about a specific item please reach out to our Customer Care Team at contact@ofeliaocean.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive multiple email updates, including Order Confirmation, Shipment Notification, Out for Delivery, and Delivery Confirmation. You can also create an account here to track your order directly from your account dashboard.

How do I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order has been placed, modifications are not possible. Please email us immediately at contact@ofeliaocean.com, and we'll assist you.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us at contact@ofeliaocean.com, and our Customer Care Team will gladly help resolve the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer express checkout with PayPal and accept all major credit cards for online purchases.

When will my order be shipped?

We typically dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, so any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will start being processed the next business day. During busy seasons, shipping might take up to 3 business days.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PST. We are closed on major holidays.

Can I pre-order items as an international customer?

At this time, we do not offer pre-order shipping to international customers. Pre-order items are only available for shipment within the United States.

Shipping pre-order items internationally can be complex due to varying shipping regulations, customs processes, and unpredictable delivery times. To ensure a smooth customer experience, we’ve opted to limit pre-order shipping to domestic addresses

What are your holiday hours?

Our offices observe most U.S. holidays, including President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Regular business operations will resume the next business day following each holiday.
